TSocial Links LLC, a Delaware company (“SL”, “We”, “Our” etc.) provides you an opportunity to participate in Our OSINT Certification Program (“OCP1”) and obtain a Certificate confirming your professional skills in OSINT with SL’s software products SL CrimeWall (“Software Products”).
Content of OCP1 and learning materials to help you to learn OSINT are published on our learning platform Learning Management System (LMS), available to you by the link (https://social-links.learnworlds.com) during the term of OCP1. Our clients, who have an effective license for Software Products, shall have access to LMS until the end of their licence.
There shall be available for OCP1 participants in LMS only materials for OCP1 and materials published for free use, any materials available for participants of other educational or certification programs remain still unavailable for you.
There are 5 sections in OCP1: Social Media, Messengers, Niche Platforms, Corporate Sources, Advanced Search.All these materials are available as a video or .pdf files, all of them are Our intellectual property and for no further distribution or any kind of usage except learning purposes.
You will have 4 weeks to study the educational materials and pass the test. This period, mentioned above, is the term of certification.
Your test will be checked up with our OSINT experts and your score will be available to you in LMS in one week after the test will be done.
If you failed to pass the test during this period, no certificate is going to be issued to you.
If your score is not enough to consider you as certified OSINT specialist, you are eligible to pass the test one more time during the term of the Certification Program.
The Certificate will confirm that you successfully completed the Certification Program and passed the test and that you have minimum required skills in OSINT using Social Links Software Products.
Duration of the OCP1 is 4 weeks from the start day. The Start Day is defined as the date of access to LMS received by the user not later than 1 week after the invoice payment.
As soon as Our OCP1 has the goal to educate you to use our Software Products for OSINT, you have to have our Software Products in use. It should be an effective license for Software Products, or, if you have no one, the Trial 4-weeks SL CrimeWall Licence should be issued for you for the purpose of participation in OCP1.
You should not make available your login and password to any third party, whenever they are to LMS or to Social Links Software Products, including but not limited to trial access for educational purposes that may be provided to you for the term of the Certification Program.
Our Educational Materials are our Intellectual Property and, at the same time, Confidential Information. Your participation in the Certification Program does not allow you to distribute these materials, make them available for any third party or make them available to the public domain. As well, you are not eligible to make any derivative materials based on our Educational Materials.
So as our Educational Materials are made for and demonstrate OSINT methodology of Social Links Software Products, first of all - SL CrimeWall, we reserve the right to make not significant changes to our Educational Materials to keep them in line with permanently updating Software Products.
Our Educational Materials may include some open data that is publicly available on the Internet. So as such data is not under our control, they may disappear from time to time and become unavailable through the Internet. As soon as it happens, we may change our Educational Materials accordingly to substitute missing information by the new one that is available to search and access at the moment.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not guarantee that our Educational Materials are completely up to date at any moment.
We shall use your contact details that we have in our records, in connection with providing you notices. You acknowledge notices that we provide you, in connection with this EULAand/or as otherwise related to the software, shall be provided as follows: via the software or other our media, including by posting on our Sites or posting in-app notification, e-mail,phone or first class, airmail, or overnight courier. You further acknowledge that an electronic notification satisfies any applicable legal notification requirements, including that such notification will be in writing. Any notice to you will be deemed given upon the earlier of: (i) receipt; or (ii) 24 hours of delivery.Notices to us shall be provided to Social Links Inc., at legal@sociallinks.io or sent to 228, Park Ave S, PMB 85451, New York, U.S 10003.
